Learn more about the latest travels of Bargoed's bag
When members of Bargoed Chamber of Trade visited Dublin recently the eco-friendly bag accompanied them. In addition to visiting a number of places during the short stay the bag caught up with the BBC Radio Wales scarf and Radio Wales personalities Jamie Owen, Louise Elliott, Roy Noble and Phil Steele. Pictured with Roy Noble and Phil Steele is Bargoed Chamber of Trade Treasurer Peter Collins and Ivan Hill.
Peter has moved swiftly to dispel concerns about any expenses incurred during the trip stating that in addition to holding the kitty, valid receipts being held and all expenditure was authorised by him!!!!
The Bargoed Chamber of Trade’s eco-friendly bag has visited Jordan en route to Japan.
While at Petra the bag met up with Sports Science Graduate Keishi Suzuki, no relation to the motoring dynasty (unfortunately says Mr Suzuki). Mr Suzuki was on an extended tour between graduating from Tokyo University and starting work in March.
In addition to Petra the bag visited the Mount Nebo and Aqaba and pictures of the bag’s global travels can be viewed by visiting http://www.bargoed.org/imagegallery/page2.htm With the bag on its way to Japan, there are few left so look out shortly for the next initiative from the Chamber of Trade.

The Bargoed Chamber of Trade’s fashion accessory has also made its first visit to Italy.
The bag was not out of place in the Eternal City one of the designer capitals of the world as it accompanied John and Marj Edwards of Hengoed on their recent trip to Rome.
The bag is pictured with Marj at the Forum and further pictures of its Roman holiday and where else the bag has been on its travels so far visit www.bargoed.org
The Chamber would like pictures of the bag in unusual circumstances/places so please either send or email them to the Secretary.
