If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, please Contact Us. We are always looking for volunteers to help plan this amazing event and you can give as much or as little time as you want. There are so many parts that make up the Carnival, from choosing the Carnival Queen to picking bands to appear on the stage - there is a job for everyone!
This year's Bargoed Carnival was held on Saturday 27th June and provided a fantastic day for two and a half thousand people. Attendees were treated to an array of activities including a funfair, marquees publicising local organisations and charities, a music stage and food and drink outlets. A carnival parade also took place and Bargoed’s first carnival queen was crowned.
